Annual General Shareholder Meeting

We refer to our invitation published on March 14 regarding the General Meeting of Proximus, to be held on Wednesday, April 16, 2025.

The SFPIM has exercised its right to propose candidates for the three vacant directorships.

As indicated in the invitation, the mandate of Mr Stefaan De Clerck will be extended until the date of the Annual General Meeting in 2026.

The two other director candidates proposed by SFPIM are Mr Koen Kennis and Mr Franck-Philippe Georgin, for a term expiring at the Annual General Meeting in 2029.
